Simply make selections prior to your stay and we will have at your home for you! DESCRIPTION: Words and photos cannot even begin to do this home justice. This two-story canal front home just finished completion in 2018 and is brand new! This 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, extremely spacious and meticulously designed and decorated home will take your breath away the moment you walk through the door. The bright open living, kitchen, and dining room with vaulted ceilings opens up to double sets of patio sliders onto a private and spacious balcony overlooking the gorgeous sparkling pool and true Floridian style canal. The kitchen is designed for every chef's dream with stainless steel top-of-the-line Jenn-Air appliances including a double oven, gas stove, built in microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, and massive refrigerator. There is an enormous kitchen island with gorgeous quartz countertops that seats 4 and additional dining table seating 8. The living room has a huge and comfortable sectional sofa and large screen TV. The whole home is bright and airy, and no detail was missed while designing this home from its solid wood floors to its amazing tile work. The home is also technologically 'smart-equipped' with Sonos surround sound, smart TVs, and cable & Wi-Fi throughout. The main floor of the home also houses all four of the bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has amazing canal views and opens up to the balcony and has a TV and large walk-in closet. Venture from the bedroom to bathroom and you will find a massive shower, luxurious soaking tub, double sinks, and separate toilet. The other three beautifully decorated and luxurious bedrooms have a king, queen, and queen bed each with pristine en-suite bathrooms with step in showers. Two of the bedrooms have doors opening up to the balcony on the front of the home. All bedrooms have their own TV as well. There is a large laundry room with washer and dryer on the main floor as well. Also off of the living room is an additional half bath. On the ground floor of the home there is a 2 car garage and room for two cars in driveway as well as two bonus rooms that open up to the back patio and pool area. The home has amazing outdoor space with plenty of outdoor seating, dining, and lounging, and even has a porch swing to enjoy those island breezes. There is a grill and TV outside to enjoy the game or movie while also grilling poolside. There is even a small propane fueled tabletop firepit for those cooler Florida nights. When you come back from the beach there is an outdoor shower to be able to rinse off those sandy feet! The impressive pool & spa also has an in-pool table, two large sun shelves, spa spillover, and water features. There is also a large deck/docking area with lounge chairs and umbrella alongside the deep-water canal. For the avid boaters... this canal is deep enough to accommodate even large boats and there are no bridges to go under. Simply bring your own or rent and tie off right to the dock behind your home! This home is located directly on a deep-water canal, so bring your boat! Just a short walk to Pine Avenue shops & restaurants! POLICIES: NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and be present throughout entire stay.   Standard occupancy is 2 persons per every standard bedroom, an additional occupant fee of $25 per person/per night will be assessed for each occupant over this up to max occupancy, if applicable. Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Reservations are typically taken for 7 night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking. CLEANING AND SAFETY:All our homes and linens are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between each guest per industry standards.  A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding are provided at the beginning of your stay per home occupancy. Daily housekeeping or linen services are not included in your stay.  Additional cleaning and laundry services are available by request mid-stay at additional charge. For stays of 28-days or more, a mid-stay clean will be required to be scheduled and paid by guest at additional cost. This home participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are provided according to the home’s occupancy at the beginning of your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility between each guest.  Please keep in mind extra sets are not kept in homes.  GOLF CART RENTALS: Golf carts are a fun and easy way to get around the island! After booking, reserve one for your stay with our sister company, Once Upon A Beach Carts, for an exclusive discount for our vacation rental guests! BABY EQUIPMENT RENTALS: Baby equipment is not available for use at the home for safety and sanitation reasons. We are however partnered with local companies offering rentals of these items including pick-up and drop-off.   POOL & SPA (if any): The pool is heated year round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment. PROPERTY SECURITY/SAFETY: Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy. PAYMENTS: - 50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation. - 50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date - Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please review the details of our Cancellation Policy page or Terms & Conditions at booking.  We encourage you to review as OUR POLICIES HAVE CHANGED as of MARCH 25, 2023. We continue to offer refunds of deposits for cancellations (for stays of 28 days or less) made greater than 60 days to arrival, however all cancellations are now subject to a non-refundable booking admin fee. We continue to offer our US Citizens guests (with exception to residents of NY and HI) the option of purchasing CSA Travel Insurance directly with us. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance in the event of any unforeseen eventualities.  Refunds or credits are not provided for COVID-19 related cancellations, weather or beach conditions outside of our cancellation policy. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th. Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control like travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions like red-tide, construction, water, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed. All cancellation requests must be initiated by Registered Guest through the website in which they booked and/or be in writing via email. Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or by a member of the party other than the main Registered Guest.
