This unit is right next to the beautiful Chesapeake Bay.  There's a house in between us and the beach,  but there are no roads to cross, just jump on the new boardwalk and it will take you right to the beautiful wide sandy beach!   This one bedroom unit features one Queen size bed and a twin bed all in the large master bedroom.  We have high speed WiFi and a large 50 inch Smart TV for your entertainment.  Parking is directly outside your door and you can self check in and out with our combination lock system.Even with a bit of modernizing this property is a historical home that is now over 85 years old.  It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage. Even so, we hope that you will love our older and charming "Cozy Bay View".We are right next to the public beach access with a new boardwalk that will take you right to the beach.  Our kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and toaster so you can easily prepare your meals.  We have a bar area for dining with 3 bar stools.  We have just installed a new leather sofa with a power reclining system.Quiet hours begin at 9 PM and we are pet friendly with appropriate fees.This is a Family/Residential unit and area. Come and enjoy a wonderful beach front vacation in our beach front home.  This property is #2 of a side by side duplex.  Nothing is shared with the next door property except for the beach, front door entryway and large back deck.   Downstairs we have one very large bedroom with two Queen Size Beds, along with a full bathroom with a combination tub/shower as well as all the living areas.  This includes a living room with a large 55" Smart TV just above the fireplace.Upstairs is the Master bedroom with a King Size Bed, and a beautiful view of the bay.  As well as the 3rd bedroom with two twin beds, along with a full bathroom with another combination shower and tub.  We also have a second living room with a large 65" Smart TV just for the kids.  Our beautiful Beach front home was built in 1914 and as such, it may not be for everyone.  We are still in the process of completing a historic renovation of the exterior with some trim and siding not fully completed.  The original cedar shake siding was just discovered under layers of vinyl siding and is still in the process of repairing and refurbishing.  However, this will in no way impact your stay with us.  A new roof, windows and new central AC/Heat has just been installed and it will be very comfortable for summer and winter.  We also have a washer/dryer in the laundry room available for you to use.We are beach front, with a walk of about 50 feet to get across the sandy dunes.  We have a 70" Smart TV upstairs, as well as a 55 inch TV downstairs, and high speed WiFi for all your streaming entertainment needs.  Our kitchen is fully stocked with all equipment needed for those wanting to stay home and practice your culinary skills.  But best of all is the secluded neighborhood and the beautiful Chesapeake Bay Beaches, right out your door.We also have off street parking in our driveway as well as a back deck and a charcoal grill for cooking out. Even with a thorough modernization the property is a historical home that is now over 108 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage. This large sprawling home is fantastic for multi-families or smaller groups.  We love our beach house and its rustic nature.  For some it could be considered rough.  Sand can blow thru gaps in the older windows and you may feel  an occasional draft.   If you love the original pink and green colored tiled bathrooms, the original parquet wood floors and love being right on the beach, then this one is for you.  We hope you love its rustic nature just as much as we do!This is a large roomy home. A bit rustic, but pet friendly and WATERFRONT!!We offer 4 bedrooms, 2 Living Rooms - one for adults and one for the kids! Both with Large Smart TV's for your relaxing entertainment. We have a large fully stocked kitchen with a pass thru to the living area.This home features 4 bedrooms, the master with a Queen and a Twin and an attached full bathroom, the second bedroom also has a queen, the third bedroom has two Twins and the 4th bedroom, on the lower level has two Twins and one Queen. This unit can accommodate 11 guests in the beds, possibly even more if you "pile in" and use the sofa's or your own air mattresses and sleeping bags.We have a deck on the back from which you can watch the waves roll in, while keeping an eye on the little ones.  We also have beach chairs.We are pet friendly with appropriate fees. It has a nice beach vibe which will help you relax and prepare to enjoy the peace and serenity this beautiful beach area will provide.

This sunny cottage is a great place to relax and enjoy Ocean View.  It is a stand alone unit that sits behind a duplex directly on Ocean View Ave & across the street from Ocean View Beach.   

It is 400 sq. ft. so think of it as a coastal tiny house with 7' ceilings in the living space, but 8' in the bedroom.

This cottage was built in 1940 right across the street from Ocean View Beach.

It has a renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, living room, large bedroom & one bathroom.  The kitchen is fully loaded so you can enjoy home cooking!  It is nicely decorated in a coastal beach theme for your stay and you will enjoy a nice bed, bedding, linens and everything you need for your stay.

The entire Cottage is yours to enjoy and includes a private entrance and off street parking. We have a picnic table in the yard and a gas grill you can use for a BBQ.

The walk to the beach is less than one minute if you hurry and there are no streets to cross.The bathroom has a stand up shower and is fully tiled. We have a small back deck which is a perfect place for outdoor dining and just relaxing in the shade.The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silver, pots/pans, cups and glasses and will allow for cooking family meals. Come and stay with us for your extended stay.We have a brick Water Front home in which there have been constructed 3 additional apartment units.  Each unit has its own entrance/exit and very little is shared.  Off street parking is right outside your door.We have a fenced in yard for the little ones to run and play and YES, we are pet friendly!We are waterfront, and we do have decks and docks from which you can enjoy the water and swim, fish and launch boats.  We also have a private beach but it can and will appear during low tide and can disappear during higher tides.We have High speed WiFi and a large Smart TV.  Private parking is just outside your door.These units are all brand new and will have new appliances and furniture throughout.  We have a brand new central heat/AC system and each unit controls its own temperature.  The full size eat-in kitchen with vinyl flooring will be fully stocked with everything you may need to cook your meals.  We have a full size bathroom with new tile floors and walls, with a combination bathtub/shower.We have hardwood floors with a few scattered throw rugs.  We have a large charcoal grill for you to use to cook and grill your RibEye Steaks!This is a residential neighborhood - quiet and respectful and we intend to keep it this way.  We have a fenced in yard for the little ones to run and play.This is perfect for a family coming into town for a few months at a time for an extended stay.
