About This Place A classic, large, Russian River vacation home, perfect for friends and families to gather. Charming 1920’s style architecture, combined with modern updates, providing both room to spread out, yet be together. Nestled in the redwoods of Rio Nido, a small community along the Russian River, just outside the town of Guerneville. A quiet, comfortable place to hang out and relax or as a starting point for a wide variety of activities and adventures in beautiful Sonoma County. The Space Large deck wraps around much of the building, providing plenty of outdoor space for sitting and lounging. Large outdoor dining table (seats 8), string lights for nighttime ambiance and gas grill are in a private area in the back of the house, with easy access to a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a large dining table, electric stove and refrigerator, along with dishes and cookware. The large living room has lots of seating and a TV with cable and wifi. There is a table and chairs in the living room for work, playing games or doing puzzles. Wood stove in the living room heats efficiently, with glass viewing door. The house has four bedrooms, two offer California king size beds, one has a queen size bed and a single bed, and the last has two single beds. There is a comfortable, roll away, single bed stashed for an extra guest. There are electric baseboard heaters in all the bedrooms. Washer and Dryer are available for extended stays. There are two bathrooms, one with an antique ball and claw bathtub and the other has a shower. The spacious double lot allows for plenty of off road parking, easily accommodating 4 vehicles. Russian River Yacht Club is a water lovers paradise! This luxury, completely remodeled super sunny river front house + detached yacht houseboat can sleep up to 10 adults. Plenty of outdoor activities to go with this private river front beach; bocce ball courts, floating mat, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, wet suits, life vests, outdoor fire pit on the beach, roof top patio, fishing, swimming, and beach lounging.
