The Goldberry Woods Inn, normally ran as a Bed and Breakfast, can be rented for your private group most any time of year! The 6,500 square-foot modern farmhouse inn can comfortably sleep 16-24 people in the 8 bedroom suites (3 suites with extra beds/bedrooms–great for families), each with private bathroom with double jacuzzi tub and shower, luxury linens, and gas fireplace. Dining room seating for 24 plus living room, sun room, and multiple outdoor decks for spreading out and relaxing! Full use of our newly remodeled kitchen is included with a rental of the Inn, as well as use of the Weber gas grill and laundry room. We also have a collection of board games, puzzles, books, and DVD/Blu-rays for you to use as well. Cozy up next to our wood-burning stoves or gas fireplaces (10 in the Inn), play a game or puzzle on our game tables, relax in our heated pool or outdoor hot tub, or explore our vast property and surrounding area. This home is part of a brick ranch tri-plex, located just a few minutes from Notre Dame stadium. Sitting in a comfy and quiet neighborhood, all within minutes of University Park Mall and Notre Dame University, this home is only minutes from everything the city has to offer. The Riverwalk is also close by along with excellent restaurants, downtown, Morris Theater, and more. The home comes with 2 bedrooms, with a king bed in the master and a single and bunk bed sitting in the other bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate more guests. The spacious living room has a 50 inch smart TV available with free Wi-Fi and Netflix to enjoy. There is a little work station desk in the living room as well. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen stocked with common appliances and cookware and utensils along with a dining room for a big gathering. The laundry room is off the kitchen, with a washer and dryer you can use. Please note that the washer/dryer is free to use but is shared with with the other brick ranch studio apartment unit.
