Located on the 2nd floor, you can avoid time in elevators / waiting though there is one.  Gulfview I is the nicer of the two Gulfview complexes with a front desk & community center for playing cards & hanging out if rain.  This condo was updated & repainted in 2021, and is clean & functional at this affordable level.  It does lack super high end finish outs as the tile counters and such remain.  With that said, it feels very homey and all is functional 100% for your family. Note: please read House Rules on property as it has specific access wristbands that you put a $150 deposit down to obtain after you make the booking. Once returned at check out you receive the deposit back. Additionally you must read and agree to all house rules prior to booking. This property is value priced as the bit of a run around created by the HOA at Gulfview I pertaining to their plastic condo wristbands that they operate as a profit center and charge if not returned. There is a nice queen bed for mom & dad, a pull out couch for the kiddos, and we do provide an extra airbed if you. have a grumpy teen coming along  Max allowed is 5 people (yes a baby is a person!) as that is max building HOA allows – sorry. no exceptions. Gulfview I is a very clean, well maintained condo complex with private beach access for all guests, a crystal clear/clean pool (not heated) as well as 2 heated outdoor Texas Sized jacuzzi tubs, one for family use and one adult only. The beach is about 100 yards away. Very nice seaside grill at Holiday Inn you can access as well for lunch and drinks. One of the most popular amenities here is you can BBQ by the pool! There are half a dozen BBQ pits (bring charcoal) located by pool with a covered patio and seating/tables. Very hard to find on the Island If it is gloomy out, there is an inside small community center where guests can chat, play cards or board games, or do puzzles or simply read to get outside. The condo has a full sized fridge and stove, is fully equipped with pots/pans/forks/plates/etc as well as microwave. There is unfortunately no dishwasher here. The patio has 2 chairs to watch the sunrise or sunset, and overlooks the parking lot and Schlitterbahn waterpark which is now called Beach Park SPI. it is walkable.  Cozy Beach Condo  Best Escape Anyone Can Have.  Your next stay at the beach can be best escape in this one-bedroom condo.  It sleeps 6 on the 2 queen beds and the sofa sleeper in the living area.   It is on the fourth floor you can take the stairs or the elevator.  You and your party can cool off in the large pool or enjoy the hot tub in the evening.  There is a full sized kitchen if you want to make a quick breakfast  or buy some steaks and fajitas and grill by the pool.  Eat under the stars at night or the cover area during the day.  If you chose to pack a cooler you can walk to the beach, which is a short three-minute walk.    When you are not sun bathing on the beach, you can enjoy the condo.  It has a nice living area. Sit back and watch TV in the coolness of the unit.  Take a nap on the one of the beds or stretch out on the sofa sleeper.   You can surf the net to find a seaside shop that sells souvenirs, sea shells, or a bathing suit.  You can google favorite seafood restaurants or where the island zip line is located.   You can also sit outside on the balcony and watch the seagulls or enjoy watching the people at the nearby water park.   All linen, towels,  kitchen utensils, plates, shampoo, and soap are provided.  There are plenty of grills by the pool.     This condo is located in a perfect location.  It is walking distance to the beach.  It is right next to the water park.  There is a large parking area.  It located in a quiet part of the island.  Easy access to Gulf View II.  It is just off the causeway to the right.  All guests must be at least 25 years old except children with parents. Wristbands are required and will be in the condo upon arrival along with a parking permit.   Note to March Renters:  March is Spring Break Month.  The HOA is adding a $30 charge during the month of March for each guest to use facilities.  Guest will be given a WRISTBAND to use while using facility.  This charge is due to other people (not paying guests) coming to use the pool and facilities.
