As you make your way upstairs you will see one bedroom with a King bed and another bedroom with 2 queen beds. Additionally, you will find a large game room upstairs with a ping pong table and sleeper sofa couch. The third and final floor is the basement. The basement comes complete with two king bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, a pool table, and a theatre room. This is the perfect destination for a family retreat while still being only 25 miles from the heart of Nashville! The home is pre-set for 14 guests and 7 beds, but can be set up with 11 beds upon request and approval by owner. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 18 people with existing beds, however, twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers can be requested.
