This home is part of a brick ranch tri-plex, located just a few minutes from Notre Dame stadium. Sitting in a comfy and quiet neighborhood, all within minutes of University Park Mall and Notre Dame University, this home is only minutes from everything the city has to offer. The Riverwalk is also close by along with excellent restaurants, downtown, Morris Theater, and more. The home comes with 2 bedrooms, with a king bed in the master and a single and bunk bed sitting in the other bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate more guests. The spacious living room has a 50 inch smart TV available with free Wi-Fi and Netflix to enjoy. There is a little work station desk in the living room as well. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen stocked with common appliances and cookware and utensils along with a dining room for a big gathering. The laundry room is off the kitchen, with a washer and dryer you can use. Please note that the washer/dryer is free to use but is shared with with the other brick ranch studio apartment unit. Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee, please contact us ahead of time if you are bringing a pet.
