 Swiss Mountain 71 has zero steps in, is MULTI LEVEL and offers INTERNET ACCESS. This unit has a STANDARD RATING and SLEEPS 8 . At entry level you'll find the LIVING ROOM featuring a FLAT SCREEN TV and a QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA. Wood burning stove is not available for use. There's a fully functional KITCHEN with a breakfast bar and 4 stools and the DINING ROOM seats 6. This level also offers a POWDER ROOM. Upstairs you'll find the MASTER bedroom with a QUEEN bed, FLAT SCREEN TV and FULL BATH. The second bedroom has TWO SINGLE beds, the third bedroom has a DOUBLE size bed, and they share the second FULL BATH. You can relax on the DECK with a tree line view of the community. This home is located near the Highlands golf course. All rates are subject to State, County and Local taxes.   Swiss Mountain is located within a short driving distance from the main entrance to Seven Springs Mountain Resort, and to Highlands Golf Course.  The homes range in size from a cozy 1-bedroom to 3-bedrooms where you are sure to find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to offer.All Swiss Mountain condo rentals offer a washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes: utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue. Sunridge T2 has ZERO steps in and offers an entry level bedroom and bath, making it a GOOD CHOICE for guests that have a problem with steps. It's MULTI LEVEL, offers INTERNET ACCESS, has a PREMIUM RATING and SLEEPS SEVEN. At entry level you'll find the LIVING ROOM featuring a FLAT SCREEN TV/DVD, a STEREO and a POWDER ROOM (fireplace not available for use). There's a fully functional KITCHEN that has a breakfast bar with four stools and the DINING ROOM seats four. Also on this level you'll find a QUEEN bedroom with a FLAT SCREEN TV and a FULL BATH. Upstairs features a LOFT AREA with seating and a FLAT SCREEN TV. The second bedroom has a QUEEN bed, a SINGLE bed, a TV and a FULL BATH. The third bedroom offers TWO SINGLE beds, a TV/DVD and a FULL BATH. The garage has a FOOSBALL table that converts to a small PING PONG table. The unit is within WALKING DISTANCE of the TRAIL WEATHER PERMITTING and you can relax on the DECK with a view of the Seven Springs landscape. The Villages is comprised of 5 different communities including Woodridge/Meadowridge/Sunridge/Stonegate/Stoneridge.  They are all located in close proximity to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The homes range in size from a cozy 1-bedroom to expansive 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to offer.
