Everything else around the city is just a 5 minute Uber or Lyft trip away! Walking, biking and Lyft/Uber are most common means of getting around downtown. Holy City Spokes bicycle rentals are available right across the street. 1. This is an older dwelling which has some uneven floors. So if you have vertigo or inner ear issues, this may not be a good fit for you. 2. Downtown driveways can be a little narrow. Most vehicles will be fine, but I would avoid bringing a large full size SUV or truck.

We want all of our guests to be happy and have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation! :) Everyone also has their own fenced in outdoor spaces with seating, tiki torches and a charcoal grill. Details about the house: You'll walk up a flight of outdoor steps to the front door, entering the large sun porch with seating, tables and a hammock. Then into the open living area with a 60" flatscreen TV, new comfy couches and a large swivel chair. For sleeping there are 2 King beds, 2 Twin beds and an air mattress available for use. Starting at the front of the house, Bedroom 1 is very large room with a King bed, dresser and mounted flatscreen TV. Bedroom 2 is the smaller room with two twin beds, dresser and flatscreen TV. Bedrooms 1 & 2 share a full detached bathroom in the main hallway. Bedroom 3 is a Private Master Suite at the back of house, with a King bed, dresser, mounted TV and BRAND NEW private custom tiled bathroom. The bathroom features a fantastic double shower for two and luxurious center mounted rain shower. It feels like you're at a private spa!! The Kitchen is nice and open with plenty of counter space, bar seating, new dishwasher and contains all the cookware and grilling utensils you need for your vacation. The back door leads to a small deck platform, then stairs down to the charcoal grill and seating area with a new picnic table. Unit A has two (2) parking spaces in front of the property. Two vehicles OR one vehicle and a golf cart. The others two spots are for the downstairs units. There is parking across the street for a daily fee if you have visitors. * We provide 4 beach chairs, a large beach mat and a beach towel for each guest for use during your stay.* We hope to be hosting your beach getaway soon! Walking out of the rental to the left about 50 ft is the local liquor store, Bert’s Market (open 24 hrs) and the eclectic local taco spot, Chico Feo. Then just another half block up is the Atlantic ocean! You can walk pretty much anywhere on the island. Golf cart and bicycles rentals are available as well. If you don’t have a vehicle, Lyft & Uber can take you to Downtown Charleston and other Charleston area sites. - This property is DOG FRIENDLY only. No cats, no exceptions. - Your dog must be fully house trained and AT LEAST 2 YEARS OLD. - You must disclose detailed information about your pups age and size upon booking. Then if approved, we will request a $50 pet fee that goes to our housekeeper. - Please be aware that dogs are not allowed on the beach itself from May 1st - Sept. 30th, 10 am to 6 pm - If your dog will be left along often, then it could be best for them to stay at home during your vacation.
