Fox Creek Inn is a quaint country inn that has been in existence for over fifty years under three different names--Fiftepine Lodge, Tulip Tree Inn and Fox Creek Inn but has been instrumental in Chittenden's history. The inn has six beautifully decorated guestrooms, each with its own bathroom. Most have fireplaces and Jacuzzi tubs. Common areas such as the Fox Den and a Dining Room for up to 17 guests are perfect for family reunions, retreats, etc. The inn works cooperatively with Mountain Top Inn and Resort to house guests who may be attending a wedding there. This listing is for the two-floor upper level of our duplex home located just off the main Killington access road and close to the mountain (2 miles) and even closer to all the shops, restaurants and bars. This two level, four bedroom home was recently renovated and is the ideal spot for your family or group to start your Killington holiday. Come home after a day on the slopes and relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace, put on a streaming show, cook a family meal or soak in the hot tub. The kids can even have their own living room upstairs, while the adults enjoy the downstairs living room. We're also pet-friendly and have a Tesla EV charger! (Hot tub setup fee applies mid-March to mid-December. Pet fee may apply. Read more below.)Walk up the steps to the main floor of the upper level of our duplex home, and you'll find the living room with smart TV and wood-burning fireplace (free firewood provided), fully equipped open kitchen and dining table with seating for six plus room for three more at the counter. Just down the hallway are two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom with shower. Out the door to the deck is where you'll find the five-person hot tub and gas BBQ grill. Head up the stairs, you'll find a second living room with futon bed and smart TV, small office area (if you need to do some remote work), full bathroom with shower, and two more bedrooms - one with queen bed and the other with two twin beds.• The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand use of hot tub and sauna is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. This property is a large, immaculate tri-level townhouse in a perfect location that offers privacy, easy parking, and a short walk (200 yards) to the Kettle Brook ski trail. The Okemo Mountain Resort and all of its amenities are accessible by skiing, or a short drive. Jackson Gore, located a short drive away boasts many activities for non-skiers or those who need to take a day off. These includes an indoor pool, a gym, a spa, an ice-skating rink, tubing, a year round mountain coaster, and many family activities throughout the year. Other things to note We recommend 4 wheel drive to get to our condo during snowy conditions. We have a Ring connected video doorbell looking towards the car park from the porch, for security.
