The sidewalk circles around the house leading to an expansive backyard with a cement patio which offers privacy and an abundance of space. The lush foliage opens up to a huge private covered carport with 2 games of Cornhole and a table and chairs for an outdoor meal or enjoy the night air. Surrounded by trees and greenery it is the perfect place to retreat. Stores and restaurants are close by and you can jump on Interstate 90 or be downtown in less than five minutes by car. It’s a walkable neighborhood with beautiful parks nearby including Manito Park and Botanical Gardens, Cliff Park and Cannon Hill Park. Guest Access: The entire home is yours to enjoy. The only area off limits is the separate little garage shop which is used for storage. Guests will have a contactless check-in and will receive a custom code to access the home using our smart locks. A separate key is included in the Welcome guide to open the private lounge room. The downstairs cellar area is off limits unless there is an emergency and a fuse has blown or you need to access the power or water main. Other things to note: There is no built in air conditioning and it is rarely needed. We do include small portable AC units if needed and several fans to keep the air moving.
