This gem of a unit is tucked away in the lower level of a larger Beach-Side home.It has its own entrance/exit and it's own parking outside the door. Very private as nothing is shared.It has a full size kitchen and a full laundry room with washer/dryer. A full size bathroom with stand up luxury shower. It has a queen bed and a large smart TV with WiFi. The space has central Heat/AC.We have added a "sleeper sofa" Queen Size, for additional capacity. As is usual with these type of "beds" they are probably less comfortable than a normal bed and are more appropriate for kids.This private, cozy unit is just steps away from the beach. There are no streets to cross, just a one minute walk to some of the best beaches the Chesapeake Bay has to offer! With a private entrance and private off- street parking, we are proud to offer this to anyone travelling light who does not need an abundance of space.Quiet hours begin at 9 PM.This is a Family/Residential unit and area. Just minutes from the Naval Base and Downtown, and only a few blocks away from the beach.This home offers 4 Bedrooms and 1 Full Bathroom.  This home is perfect for multiple families or larger groups in town for work.  This home consists of the main floor along with the upstairs that has been converted into two separate bedrooms that are perfect for kids, but not tall ones as this area has angled ceilings that make it a unique space.The main floor of this home contains the living area, the full size and fully stocked kitchen, two of the larger bedrooms - each with Queen size beds and the large living room with fireplace, large 65" Smart TV and large Bay Window.  Also on this floor is a very cozy Sun Room off the back of the house overlooking the fenced in yard and the full size main bathroom with combination shower/tub.The upstairs, which was formerly the attic of this home, consists of two bedrooms.  Each has two Twin Beds and it is best if anyone staying up here is less than 6 ft. tall as it has angled ceilings.We have room for two vehicles in our driveway and room for two more in the back of the home.This home is perfectly set up for two separate family units - one in the main home and the other in the lower level or basement.  Although currently separated by a deadlocked door, both of these units could be combined for a larger group  working in the area, the combined areas can  sleep at least 15 people.

We are "Beach Side" with just a short walk to the fantastic Chesapeake Bay Beaches. As such, there are vintage-touches still in place.  Sandy Mutts has many of the original features such as tiled bathroom and electric baseboard heating system. There have been some upgrades which include the window AC unit, fresh paint throughout both inside and out. If you are looking for modern perfection, this may not be for you. Our pictures are accurate and show the home as it is. We have tried to make it a cute, comfortable and an economical place for small families or couples to enjoy our beautiful Chesapeake Bay Beaches.There is a brand new beach access boardwalk and stairway that will allow for easy access to the beach. Parking is right next to your front door, just off of East Ocean View Ave. We are close enough to the beach that occasionally we can hear the waves, but the dune blocks our view. The walk to the beach is less than one minute and there are no streets to cross.The full bathroom has a combination Shower/Tub. We have a small back deck which is a perfect place for outdoor dining and just relaxing in the shade.The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silver, pots/pans, cups and glasses and will allow for cooking family meals. We have a dining table that sits four.There is a sandy lot next door to us that is perfect for walking your dogs and or additional parking.Smoking is not allowed inside, however we are perfectly fine with it outside on the deck or porch.This is a family enterprise and as such we are happy to offer our home to families and smaller groups that are traveling or seeking to enjoy our beautiful beaches. No parties are allowed or tolerated. We do have neighbors close by and everyone is entitled (by law) to the "quiet enjoyment" of their homes - including you as our guest. Please respect your neighbors. We also have a private beach but it can and will appear during low tide and can disappear during higher tides.We have High speed WiFi and a large Smart TV.  Private parking is just outside your door.These units are all brand new and have new appliances. We have just installed a brand new Central Heat and AC and each unit controls its own temperature.The full size eat-in kitchen with vinyl flooring will be fully stocked with everything you may need to cook your meals. We have a full size bathroom with new tile floors and walls, with a combination bathtub/shower.We have hardwood floors with a few scattered throw rugs. We have a large charcoal grill for you to use to cook and grill your RibEye Steaks!Parking is right outside your door.This is a residential neighborhood - quiet and respectful and we intend to keep it this way. We have a fenced in yard for the little ones to run and play.This is perfect for a family or small group coming into town for a few months at a time.All amenities are accessible for all guests. The outdoor areas, yard and waterfront deck can be shared with other guests.

Come relax in our Tri-level home on the water.Park directly in front of your door and be on the sandy dunes within a few steps. This large sprawling home is fantastic for multi-families or smaller groups.  We love our beach house and its rustic nature.  For some it could be considered rough.  Sand can blow thru gaps in the older windows and you may feel  an occasional draft.   If you love the original pink and green colored tiled bathrooms, the original parquet wood floors and love being right on the beach, then this one is for you.  We hope you love its rustic nature just as much as we do!This is a large roomy home. A bit rustic, but pet friendly and WATERFRONT!!We offer 4 bedrooms, 2 Living Rooms - one for adults and one for the kids! Both with Large Smart TV's for your relaxing entertainment. We have a large fully stocked kitchen with a pass thru to the living area.This home features 4 bedrooms, the master with a Queen and a Twin and an attached full bathroom, the second bedroom also has a queen, the third bedroom has two Twins and the 4th bedroom, on the lower level has two Twins and one Queen. This unit can accommodate 11 guests in the beds, possibly even more if you "pile in" and use the sofa's or your own air mattresses and sleeping bags.We have a deck on the back from which you can watch the waves roll in, while keeping an eye on the little ones.  We also have beach chairs.We are pet friendly with appropriate fees. With very little carpet, clean up is a breeze!  We even have an area that is perfect for Camp Fires in our fire pit in the back.  S'mores Anyone?Parking is available for at least 4 vehicles, maybe more depending on the size.  We will allow some smaller events provided they are subdued.  This is a residential home in a residential neighborhood and we want to respect our neighbors.  Please check with me in advance for any such gatherings.Even with a thorough modernization the property is a historical home that is now over 80 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage.
