Our lovely 1859 Italianate brownstone is in the middle of one of the most beautiful landmark blocks in the Historic Chelsea section of New York City. Here you’ll find an oasis of peace and quiet in your own fully-equipped studio apartment. It is in sharp contrast to the sometimes circus-like atmosphere of many large midtown hotels. Most guests say it's like having their own NYC apartment. Our rates are seasonal, ranging from $275/night in Jan. & Feb., highest in the autumn $375/night. This is based on double occupancy, and each additional person is $25/night. There is a $75 cleaning fee.
