With easy access to Highway 89 and Interstate 40, Antelope Canyon and Page are a two-hour drive, Sedona is 90 minutes, the Oak Creek Canyon north rim (89A) is 30 minutes, Snowbowl is 30-45 minutes, and the Grand Canyon entrances are 60-90 minutes, depending on which entrance is utilized. But honestly, you're going to want to spend as much time in this beautiful home as possible.Absolutely no events or parties in this home, please. The home is required to comply with a 10:00 pm quiet time ordinance imposed by the county. All guests must be part of the reservation and no additional guests can be on the property for any length of time without prior approval or by being added to the reservation. It is no problem to add or remove guests as long as you are not over the maximum occupancy.Flagstaff is a four-season environment, so be ready for snow in the winter (and build a snowman in the backyard!). The road is maintained, but the driveway is not heated, so there will be a delay if a snowstorm hits overnight until the snow removal company can come shovel in the morning. While you're in the area, enjoy all of the beautiful seasons northern Arizona has to offer.
