Welcome to The Nashville Coastal Estate! The Nashville Coastal Estate, has the charm and interior of a beach house while being located just minutes from downtown Nashville. This property gives you the location you want to explore Nashville but also gives you the privacy and peace that you would not normally get this close to downtown. The center of the estate is the main floor where the kitchen, living, and outdoor entertaining area is located. This ‘open concept’ space creates a perfect flow and balance between indoor and outdoor dining. This estate is perfect for a dinner party where you enjoy cocktails and appetizers on the deck and then transition inside for a formal dinner prepared by one of our chefs. On the third floor, you have the main sleeping quarters with the Master, the guest king room, the guest queen room, the guest 2 twins room, and the office which has a twin trundle/day bed. On the first floor, you have the bonus office room which can also be transitioned into a sleeping room. This home gives you the flexibility, location, privacy, and luxury experience you are looking for. The home is set for ten guests, but will accommodate up to twelve upon request and approval by owner. Upon approval, we will set the home for up to twelve guests using luxury Frontgate bed-height air mattress beds with foam toppers (upon request). A large group fee may apply.
