We renovated all our units in the building to give our customers relax and clean space for their vacation. All the furniture and beddings are brand new. Our apartment has a spacious and bright living room. We have a 42” television in the living room that you can easily watch by stretching your feet and a DVD player that you can watch by choosing from our DVD collection. There is an air conditioner and ceiling fan to keep you cool during the hot summer days. There is a wall mounted heater that you can warm on cold evenings. There are also two pull out sofas that you can use as a bed. The dining table, where you can have your breakfast and meals, is located in the hall of the house. In the master bedroom there are two twin beds. Also there is an air conditioner and a ceiling fan where you can adjust the temperature of your room. There is even a desk that you can use with your laptop and a 4-drawer chest where you can put your private items. In our other bedroom there are two single beds and a coffee table. The kitchen is fully equipped. All you need to cook in the kitchen. (pans, pots, stoves and oven, no oil.) There is a kettle, you can use for tea or coffee. A filter coffee maker for those who wake up hard in the morning and enjoy working at night. A refrigerator and microwave oven that you can easily use. You even have a slice toaster for those who love toast at breakfast. There is also a stove and an oven. Small snacks that are served to every guest are also available in our kitchen Plates, forks, knives, spoons, cups are available in the amount you need. The bathroom has the amount of bath towels you will need. In addition, shampoo and shower gel are offered free of charge to our guests. There is also hair dryer. We have a free wifi connection for those who cannot live without internet. There is also a portable heater fan that you can use at home, and a portable cooling fan. There is a washing machine and a dryer for your clothes. Iron and ironing board too. Vacuum cleaner if you need. All rooms have darkening venetian blinds and Hardwood floor. There is a barbecue in the backyard that you can share with other guests. Our priority in the design of the house is the comfort and happiness of our guests. We really appreciate when our costumers leave our space happily that they had good experience. Other things to note: We don’t have a dedicated parking space for the guest unfortunately. I wish we did but this is an old neighborhood that most apartments don’t have parking space. You may need to drive around the blocks for street parking. We do recommend using Uber or Lyft for transportation. The apartment is in the corner therefore traffic runs from both streets. Some of our guests unload the car which you can pull over little further up from the bus stop and then park the car so you don’t have to carry the bags where you park. This brand-new split-level 2nd story studio/with loft is an architectural masterpiece. Sitting high above garages, it has no adjoining walls with other living spaces allowing for total privacy.The main floor has high ceilings with a king size bed along with a queen size sleeper sofa. The loft has a queen size air mattress which sleeps 2 people (there is a drop-down ladder to access the loft which is not recommended for children and elderly people). The stair house area has a fold out mat which sleeps 1 person. This unit has a full-size kitchen and a peninsula with seating for up to 4 people.The price is for 4 people however the unit can sleep up 7 people at an extra cost.The bathroom has a beautiful shower along with a Jacuzzi tub. This charming 1925 Spanish Revival, family-friendly home is located in the Historic Park Santiago neighborhood on a quiet street canopied by large Sycamore trees and is minutes from Disneyland, Downtown Santa Ana, the Historic Orange Plaza, and walking distance to museums, entertainment, shopping and more. The focal point is the open courtyard with Spanish fountain situated in the middle of the home. The north wing of the house leading off of the kitchen has its own bathroom and bedroom, while the opposite side of the home has a master bedroom and a smaller bedroom which share a spacious bathroom and a large walk in closet. The house features plenty of french doors and windows allowing for a lot of natural light and lovely breezes throughout the home. Beside the overall design of the house and gorgeous yards in front and back, the second best feature is the kitchen. It has all the tools utilized by a professional chef (the owner of the house is a local award winning chef) and the backyard features a BBQ for either wood/charcoal or propane as preferred by the guest. There is a full time tenant suite by the garage and we ask that guests do not disturb the tenant. The yard is for your use exclusively, but the tenants will exit for work through the side alley. The tenants will also move the trash cans to the curb for pick up for you on Sunday night. Original hardwood floors grace most of the home and there are traditional Spanish pavers in the kitchen and courtyard. The formal dining room seats 8 - 10 comfortably and many guests also enjoy a meal outdoors in the backyard at the second dining table under a large pergola with cheerful, outdoor lighting woven in among the wisteria. The garden features mature fruit trees; white peaches ripen in July, a hybrid lemon tree that fruits year-round, grapefruit, and olive trees. The planter boxes grow several varieties of tomato, eggplant, French squash, artichoke, kale, varieties of lettuce, cucumber, cilantro, thyme, sage, chives, mint and other herbs.
