You can even open your eyes under water without burning, Basket ball hoop, pool toys and floats for for all ages!   Private front door, that walks out to exterior.   Combo lock - for easy entrance. at any hour. Play Room -Toddlers and small children toys and activities    Board games available for older children or a family game night! Adults small gym.  Work out on Treadmill, Decompression table, and Shaker.  Also  has a smaller 54 inch Foosball, with football, hockey, table tennis.  Corn Hole game in back yard.  You may invite friends over for the pool.  But any more than 4 people counting yourself must be discussed with me first.  There is a fee per person ($20 per night for overnight guests) after the original people on reservation.  Pool parties with approved number of people are limited to two hours and must be over by 10pm. Laundry room - Private use of washer and dryer,  Please be considerate and not bring dirty clothes from home.  Laundry is for long  term reservations.  Living room -is family friendly and extremely comfortable -  2 comfy recliners plus leather sofa also reclines on both ends.  The play room offers toys for youngsters and there are also    Four people are the limit for occupancy.  But family and friends are always welcome to visit.    Smart 70" TV in living room and 64" in main bedroom.      This is a spacious apartment suite on lower level of Ranch style house.  I reside upstairs. I live alone, am quiet and am a retired nurse.  So Clean and Sanitized are absolutely guaranteed.  I do not play loud music or TV.  It is a Very Private apartment suite, quiet and peaceful.  Kitchen has all full size appliances, dishwasher, glass top range and oven, side by side refrig, newer granite counter top, etc.    PET FRIENDLY - The neighborhood is great for walking the dog or a quick jog.  Make sure Fido gets a work out too.  The half acre yard has room to run and play ball plus has a 6 ft fence, so no need to worry about an escape artist. If your dog has tendency to jump into water then they must be on leash when outside.  No dogs in pool.  Pool has a vinyl liner and can be easily damaged.  Please monitor your dog at all times when out in yard.   Pet fees do apply.  They are $20/night for one dog and $10 for an additional dog.  If you did not pay for the pets on registration then pet fees will be due on arrival.  Please give them a shampoo prior to arrival and flee meds.  My little 10# Maltese/poodle loves company and will welcome you and your dog.  If you prefer to be alone in yard - no problem.  I can let mine out separately.  Please note that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.   Please notify us when you make your reservation that you will be bringing a dog, (limit is two) they must be included in the reservation.  If you wish your dog to sleep with you, then bring your own linens and blankets please.  Dog Kennel - is required if left alone in the apartment.  I work from home so excessive barking is not workable.     If you have any questions about the pet rules please ask to speak to owner.  I would love to talk or text with you, I am sure we can solve any questions.  We would just love to have you.  Cats.
