Welcome to the Lithonia Escape!! This home is nestled in a rustic and quiet neighborhood. The home features 2 bed/2 bath with the master and en suite on the main. Additional features include stylish contemporary furnishings, dedicated office space, and a 2 car garage. If you enjoy nature, this home is located just minutes from Arabia Mountain national heritage park and Stonecrest Mall (which includes movie theater, various restaurants, nightlife, arcade, and much more). My home has a small patio in the back and a nice sized front yard. Game room soon to come!! Guests will have access to every part of the house except the 3rd bedroom which is locked. It is closed for now until we get it up and running for a game room. I will be readily available via phone, text, and email up to 11pm. The neighborhood has lots of trees, plants, and shrubbery. Very mature neighborhood. Minutes away from wildlife and biking/walking trails. Also, we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, but this is Georgia. Bugs will get into the home being that Georgia is highly wooded. Please don't complain of bugs because NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. Area is accessible by Uber, Lyft, Taxi, etc. NO GUESTS UNDER 25 ARE ALLOWED TO BOOK. My home is equipped with a keyless entry (keypad). Guests won't need to meet for a key and will receive check in instructions with their personal access code. Also, after every guest checks out, the home is disinfected with a COVID-19 disinfectant throughout every part of the home to ensure the safety of all of our guests.
