This neighborhood is quiet with very limited parking, and this property is not fit for large groups of people or noisy celebrations. Guests in our home are limited to those on the reservation. Approval for additional guests is required before your stay. No parties, whatsoever, allowed. As a family with two small kids ourselves, we have redesigned this home with parents and families in mind. We have a popcorn machine and zoo themed room, kids toys, baby gates, a high chair and full sized crib for little ones, hot tub and fire pit for adults. Pet friendly with a fully fenced in backyard. $65 pet cleaning fee applies. We have two queen and one king beds, a full sized crib (all memory foam mattresses) and two over sized couches, and supply 1 air mattress to sleep 10 (6 in beds). Please note this is an old victorian (historic, meaning we can not/will not make alterations) home with an odd second floor layout. The second floor king bed is in a loft, you must pass through this to get to the queen bedroom and crib, and the hallway to the bathroom is open. The second floor does not offer a lot of privacy. We are walking distance from both the OSU football stadium and the convention center (one mile each way). Guests have both a designated parking space and a one car garage for use during their stay. Additional off-street parking is available however you must register/pay using short norths parking app.
