Unit C has one (1) parking space in front. This is a special unit on the property with the only private covered porch and fenced in yard. All units have their designated areas on the side of the property with their own charcoal grills and seating. There is a large unit above and you will here some foot traffic and occasional voices, so please be aware of that. They are also instructed to keep the noise level down after 10PM on weekends and 9PM weeknights. This unit has been remodeled with new flooring and furnishings throughout the entire place. Two bedrooms, one full bathroom. Bedroom 1 includes a new King bed, with all new linens, bedding and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 contains new QUEEN BUNK BEDS, new bedding and linens, full dresser with mirror and flat screen TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils and a coffee maker. Living room features a brand new couch, dining table and TV for all to enjoy. Every TV in the apartment has built in cable via the Xfinity app on a Roku platform. Everything else around the city is just a 5 minute Uber or Lyft trip away! Walking, biking and Lyft/Uber are most common means of getting around downtown. Holy City Spokes bicycle rentals are available right across the street. 1. This is an older dwelling which has some uneven floors. So if you have vertigo or inner ear issues, this may not be a good fit for you. 2. Downtown driveways can be a little narrow.
