The Grand Kerr House offers one first floor and three second floor guest rooms. The first floor guest room has a private bath with the home's original marble sink and copper soaking tub. The second floor guest rooms are approximately 225 square feet each with full closets and two with electric fireplaces. The second floor bathroom area has been extended to include two private lavatories, a vanity area, and a tiled walk-in shower room with heated floor, Kohler fixtures and a dressing area. The owner's living space, located in the garden apartment, is approximately 1,000 square feet and includes a full kitchen, sauna, one bedroom and office space (that can be converted into a second bedroom). The Grand Kerr House is located in Grand Rapids, Ohio, 30 minutes southwest of Toledo on US-24 along the Maumee River. Within walking distance, visitors will find boutique shopping, excellent cuisine and day adventures that include kayaking, hiking and the chance to step back into history at a working 1800's Mill and on Railroad and Canal Rides.
