This home is equipped with a full kitchen, large King bed, Quartz countertops, sleeper sofa, new LVP flooring, new fixtures and a host of other amenities. Located only a few minutes from downtown Dahlonega, enjoy a variety of activities such as access to several gorgeous wineries with tours, tubing, kayaks, and canoes. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. It is a cabin located near other cabins rentals. Very serene and peaceful. Located about 6 miles from Downtown Dahlonega and about 15 minutes from the wineries. Also, please understand that this is a highly wooded area. We do our best to keep the property sprayed, but there will be bugs to get in from time to time. Being that it is a highly wooded area, Wifi and Cell Service will drop in and out so please be aware of that. Some people may not get any service at all. The home has one closed off bedroom and the other bedroom is a loft. The cabin is a Tri-plex, meaning it is connected to other units. Unit A, B, C and D. This unit is unit D which behind the back of the cabin underneath the deck. When you enter the property, there is a gravel driveway that leads down to the cabin. You may park in the parking area. Please be aware that other guests cars will be parked there also. There may not be access to Uber or Lyft, so please keep this in mind. Also, you will need to walk around the back of the cabin down some concrete pavers. It is lighted, but still can be very dark. So please be mindful of that.

License No. 007922- The Pine is the largest rental cabin in Highland Falls and is tucked back in a private wooded & creekside area with some of the best views of the property. There are walking trails located directly off the back of this cabin providing great views of the creek, horse pastures and common areas. The Pine sleeps 2-8 people with 2 King beds. One on the main level with a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath, the other on the 3rd floor with it's own private full bath. There is one pullout sofa and a Serta Sleeper futon in the basement.
