One dog max, with additional fee. - No parties. If there are 8 people on the reservation there should be 8 people at the house. Please reach out to us if you would like to have daytime visitors. - We have a private septic and well. Be conscientious of water use in the dryer months and no water lawn games, sprinklers, slides or kiddie pools. They can quickly drain a well leaving you with no water or brown water. And for the septic, only flush TP down the toilets. - If you smoke outside do NOT put out cigarettes on the deck, throw butts on the driveway or lawn. If you smoke inside the home there will be a $500 fine. I don't want that, you don't want that. Let's just not. For stays over one week, guests are provided with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry soap, propane, cleaning supplies. When the provided supply is gone guests should purchase what they need for the remainder of their stay. Winter: October through April when snow and ice are likely, guests should have either winter tires or all season tires. Check the weather before arrival and plan your trip accordingly. If you are unfamiliar with driving in snow look for tips online at sources like AAA. The driveway is plowed, maintained and shoveled to the door. A shovel is provided for you so you can maintain a safe walkway during your stay.
