This delightful and serene 1st floor home features 10 ft. ceilings, tile flooring, granite counter tops, and stainless appliances. Enjoy visiting at the large granite island while the chef of the family prepares your "catch of the day". A lovely courtyard patio is the perfect place to sip a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise or a glass of wine in the evening after a long day on the beach! You are close to all of the community treasures, such as the golf-cart accessible beach cross-overs, the Dune Pool featuring the fitness facility, Keira's pool featuring the C Bar cafe, fishing ponds, and our fine dining restaurant Lisabellas - all right here. The house fits 4 people comfortably with 2 in the primary bedroom (king bed) and 2 in the living room (queen size sofa bed). In addition to the patio, there are three free swimming pools (Kiera's, Dune, and Stillwater (heated)) as well as the Great Lawn and Lake Colby, all of which are right next door. There are also two dune bridges that allow pedestrian and golf cart access to the beach just a short walk away. There are two cafes (C-Bar and Seaside), one restaurant (Lisabella's), and frequently live music during the weekend in the high season. There is also a small workout gym with two Peloton bikes. You can find a schedule of free events on Cinnamon Shore's website. If you need recommendations, we'll be available to provide them otherwise you'll have complete privacy. We'll provide you with access information before you arrive, so you'll have super quick and easy entry. Located in the heart of the gorgeous and nationally recognized Cinnamon Shore development in Port Aransas on Mustang island. The development is home to many multi-million dollar homes several of which have been recognized by the Southern Living magazine. Walking around and golf carts are the way to get around once you arrive. There are plenty of businesses including Cinnamon Shore that rent out golf carts so that you can get to and from any place on the island. We have security cameras outside of our home at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside of the home, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM 2) No smoking allowed (of any kind) including the patio ($350 fine) 3) No loud noises after 10 PM 4) No events or parties. Additional day guests are $40/person/day 5) Please ask us about pets. LIMIT 2 small. There is a one time pet-cleaning fee of $100. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be bringing a pet; we need specific cleaning supplies to ensure allergens are gone before the next guest. If we are not notified 48 hours prior to check in, the fee will be $150. Animals must be crated when you're away, not climb on furniture, and not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages incurred 6) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you.
