Welcome to this classic Atlantic City Beach House that has been recently renovated. This 4 bedroom home with 2 full baths has 5 comfortable beds and a private backyard with a grill and gas fire pit. This budget-friendly home for up to 10 guests is only ONE short block to the beach & boardwalk! The Jitney (the AC shuttle bus) stops on the corner of this street; making this home perfect for any group traveling to Atlantic City! You can't get a better location for the money! This large single family home allows guests to enjoy the entire home to themselves. Includes the private backyard, and up to two off street parking spaces. Plenty of nearby parking - public parking garage and free & metered street parking all around. There is no access to basement of the house or the second floor linen closet. Contact host if a situation arises requiring emergency water or power shutoff. I am very accessible by messaging through the app, and usually answer right away. Phone calls are generally returned within 2 hours if I don’t answer the first time. I live in Atlantic City, so anything that needs to be addressed in person can typically be done right away. Parking: guests are provided two off street spaces in the stone pad behind the house and alongside the detached garage (do not block the doors please). Free and metered street parking is available in the neighborhood as well as a fee-based public garage across the street on Atlantic Ave. Fee rates vary. All 4 bedrooms have a closet with a rod & hangers as well as a 3 drawer dressers and nightstands with drawers. There are nightstands on both sides of the beds (except for queen/full room which has one nightstand in between) with lamps and extension cords on the nightstands for convenient access for phone charging. All beds have white hotel cotton-percale sheets, hypoallergenic & lightweight down-alt duvet comforters, and 4 standard pillows with cotton-percale pillowcases. As all guests are different, if you are particular about pillows like I am, I would suggest bringing your own for maximum enjoyment. While I certainly hope for the best, I understand issues arise from time to time. Any concerns pertaining to the home & facilities, if any, must be addressed on the day of check in. Please notify host if anything comes up during your stay so that it can be promptly taken care of. Refunds/credits will not be considered without chance for remedy of any potential issues. Please do not unplug, relocate, or otherwise tamper with any system or component of the internet, security, heating or cooling appliances. Electric baseboard heat is brand new - there are three thermostats mounted on the baseboards - 2 in the living room and one in the kitchen, these control the whole house. The home is equipped with exterior security cameras, focused on the front door & porch, as well as the back door, yard and parking area/alleyway. There is no interior monitoring systems. Guests are provided with a number of bath towels proportionate to their length of stay and number of guests. More are available upon request. We do not offer mid-stay laundry services. There is no washer/dryer on site available to guests however there are several laundromats in the area, the nearest is on North Albany Ave and on the corner of LaClede & Ventnor Aves both about 2 blocks away. Guests are provided with a starter amount of paper towels and toilet paper, and trash bags. (about 3 rolls of paper towels, 6 rolls of TP, 4 extra trash bags) For some, this may be sufficient - please plan to supply your own beyond that if needed. Bathrooms are stocked with hand soap only, no shower soaps. The kitchen has a dish soap pump on the counter, and dishwasher detergent under the sink. Please only use detergent in the dishwasher. Guests should make an effort to clean any kitchen ware or appliances they have used. Host and cleaners are extra appreciative of guests who respect this. Kitchen is stocked with basic spices and cooking oil. Pretty much all necessary dishes/basic cookware/utensils/glasses/cutlery are provided. There are Keurig pods provided per stay to get you started. Please bring your favorites to enjoy. There may or may not be any food/cooking ingredients beyond this, please plan accordingly. While not a requirement, please try to replenish any consumables if you can. Please take care of your trash and recyclables, don’t let it pile up in the house - bins are located outside. Please remove all trash by checkout. Guests do not need to worry about moving bins for trash day. The fire pit in the backyard is propane powered ONLY. Do not add firewood to this please. There is a stick lighter in the kitchen drawer and extra propane tanks in the storage shed in the yard. Please ask if you are unsure of safe operation. I will be glad to help. The home is professionally cleaned between each stay, and there is a buffer of at least 24 hours between all bookings. Cleaning staff also sanitizes the home after cleaning with an atomizer/fogger. Home is regularly maintained by a pest professional. Please address any concerns regarding this to the host upon checkin.
