This condo is on the third floor and does have an elevator for easy access. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. 1 dog allowed, must be under 40 lbs, additional cost of $25 per day. You will receive 2 parking passes and 4 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.
