About The Property

Woodrow House Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful, spacious 10 room Bed and Breakfast located across the street from Texas Tech University. We have ten rooms, all with private bathrooms. There are two full suites and a actual Santa Fe Caboose you can stay in. The main house has 7 rooms for you to enjoy. David and Dawn have owned and operated the Woodrow House since 1995. When they began, Chase was seven, Paige was 2 1/2, and Courtney was around 15 months old. Savanna was born 15 months after they opened.David and Dawn are in their 25th year running the B&B. They still love it and love meeting all the guests, making new friends, and visiting and catching up with the return guests. David and Dawn both graduated from Texas Tech University.
