My husband Raymond and I have been hosting guests at our Woodley Park B&B for 20+ years and we STILL get a thrill every morning when we walk into the breakfast room to meet and greet our guests. After 20 years, meeting guests has gotten much easier - so many of you have stayed with us so many times over the years that you have become like family. For those who are new to us, no worries!
