Imagine getting up and taking your cup of coffee onto the deck and enjoying the beautiful view and quiet start to a day of fun. Spend the day playing in the water and in the evening playing games at the table or roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. Bring your kayaks and water toys or use the row boat at the cottage. The owners have recently updated the home and it has almost all new furnishings and carpet, with a few family treasures mixed in to keep the cottage charm. The house is only 30 minutes from Grayling, 15 minutes from Kalkaska or Mancelona where you will find grocery stores and restaurants. Kalkaska also has a fantastic indoor/outdoor market. PLEASE NOTE - dock will accommodate up to a 20' boat.
