This is easily the best location to start your Austin adventure! You can easily walk to Barton Springs Pool (5 min walk) and Zilker Park for all of the awesome festivals such as ACL, Blues on the Green, the Kite Festival, or just go hang out and relax with the Austin skyline as your backdrop. This 2 bedroom house has an absolutely perfect location! It's right next to Zilker Park and downtown, which means you're super close to everything. It's recently been redecorated. The apartment fits 8 people comfortably with 2 in the king bed, 1 in the twin day bed, 1 in the twin trundle, 2 in the queen bed, and 2 on the comfy sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials. Cook as much or as little as you want while in town! Head to the large yard that wraps around entire house. Great for relaxing outdoors and perfect for pets. Please keep in mind that the fence is not fully enclosed, so an unattended pet may be able to wander off. There is an additional pet cleaning fee of $85 that must be paid in advance. The rental comes with 1 unreserved parking spot that we provide a parking pass for you to park with. Any other vehicles can park on the street. There is a coin operated washer/dryer room that is shared with the adjacent apartment complex. The laundry room is conveniently located at the base of the outdoor staircase leading up to the house. This rental is fully licensed with the City of Austin (see photo of license). Very close to multiple bike, kayak, and stand-up paddle board rental shops. Embrace the South Austin vibe that has made this city an icon around the country! Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website). We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 3) No events or parties. Additional day guests are $40/person/day 4) Please ask us about pets. LIMIT 2 small. There is a one time pet-cleaning fee of $85. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be bringing a pet; we need specific cleaning supplies to ensure allergens are gone before the next guest. If we are not notified 48 hours prior to check in, the fee will be $105. Animals must be crated when you're away, not climb on furniture, and not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages incurred. Please keep in mind that the backyard fence is not fully enclosed, which might allow pets to escape if left unattended. 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you.
