Located in the heart of the gorgeous and nationally recognized Cinnamon Shore development in Port Aransas on Mustang island. The development is home to many multi-million dollar homes several of which have been recognized by the Southern Living magazine. Port Aransas, Texas, is a charming coastal town renowned for its beautiful beaches and laid-back vibe. This area offers a range of outdoor activities such as fishing, bird watching, boating, and beachcombing. Visitors and residents alike can explore the scenic Mustang Island State Park, where miles of unspoiled shoreline await. The town's dining scene reflects its coastal location, with numerous seafood restaurants and casual eateries offering locally-sourced fare. With its combination of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and friendly community spirit, Port Aransas provides a delightful and relaxing coastal experience. In addition to the patio, there are three free swimming pools (Kiera's, Dune, and Stillwater (heated)) as well as the Great Lawn and Lake Colby, all of which are right next door. There are also two dune bridges that allow pedestrian and golf cart access to the beach just a short walk away. There are two cafes (C-Bar and Seaside), one restaurant (Lisabella's), and frequently live music during the weekend in the high season. There is also a small workout gym with two Peloton bikes. You can find a schedule of free events on Cinnamon Shore's website. We have security cameras outside of our home at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside of the home, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM 2) No smoking allowed (of any kind) including the patio ($350 fine) 3) No loud noises after 10 PM 4) No events or parties. Additional day guests are $40/person/day 5) Please ask us about pets. LIMIT 2 small. There is a one time pet-cleaning fee of $100. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be bringing a pet; we need specific cleaning supplies to ensure allergens are gone before the next guest. If we are not notified 48 hours prior to check in, the fee will be $150. Animals must be crated when you're away, not climb on furniture, and not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages incurred 6) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you.
