This is the second time we have stay with these host in two separate condo's, both were in excellent condition and well located. Had a great time and would highly recommend for any wishing to stay in Orlando.

A fairly new gated community. This is an quiet place but next to a shopping complex with a supermarket and restaurants. Very clean and nice inside. Great location with great value. Will come back again next time in town.

Was in Orlando for a conference as Rosen Shingle Creek and couldn’t be happier I decided to stay here! It’s a great location and right next to restaurants and Publix. Very quiet, clean, and was so thankful to have a full kitchen (unlike those who stayed in hotels). Cost was comparable to nearby hotels, and more conveniently located, more amenities,...

My co-workers and I stayed in two of their condos and were very pleased. very responsive. very well kept spaces with clear, easy instructions for check-in and check-out. can't beat the location for access to the convention center, theme parks and everything along. i-Drive. we will definitely look them up again next year when we're back!

I come to Orlando a couple times a year and I would definitely come back and stay here. This was less than the price that I would have paid for a 2 bedroom hotel suite and this was much roomier and nicer. I’ll be back.
