( catch and release rule in effect ) - 15 minutes from skiing (at Big Boulder) - 20 minutes from waterpark (at Split Rock) - 15 minutes from hiking (Hickory Run State Park, Hawk Falls) - Also nearby - paintball, restaurants, nightlife Please Note: - Must be 25 years of age or older - Neighborhood quiet hours begin at 11PM. - 8 amenity wristbands are provided and more cannot be purchased. 8 is the max allowed by the community. Children under 5 do not need a wristband. Wristband must be worn on wrist at all times when using community amenities. - All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the dumpster. - There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community. - No fireworks, smoking indoors, parties. - The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community.
