Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Duck House. Plenty of space for all of our family, including 6 grandkids! The house is walkable to Peak 8 and the Breck Connect gondola to main street. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook and prepare your meals. It was as though I was in my own home. All of the break out space...

Our primary reason for selecting the Duck House was that it was supposed to be ski in ski out. When you have to walk across 2 roads carrying your skis, put them on, ski down an unformed trail, ski a bit more to a bridge, remove your skis and walk across a bridge and up a hill, put skis back on to get onto the Snowflake lift, that is not in anyone’...

Payment & Cancellation: A deposit of 50% of the total rent amount is due by Credit Card at the time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you need to cancel a reservation, and are 61 days prior to your arrival date, your full deposit will be refunded. There is No Refund for cancellations within 61 days of your Arrival Date nor can you modify dates or shorten the stay.
