It has both a covered and uncovered gulf side deck plus a covered sound facing deck.Dauphin Island is very laid back, non-commercialized island, but has shops, a grocery store, bakery, several restaurants ranging from pizza, ice cream and burgers, to great seafood and steaks.>The island is accessible by bridge from I-10 and I-65. Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan is only a few miles away & is accessible by auto ferry (makes a great day trip).For attractions, visit the Sea Lab, historic Fort Gaines, play a round of golf at the Isle Dauphine gulf-front course, view birds and wildlife, explore secluded beaches at the Audubon Sanctuary, fish on the beach or at the long gulf-front fishing pier, charter a boat for sightseeing or deep-sea fishing, swim, bike, walk, collect shells, or just plain relax.As with all of our Property Manager, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!Please note the following:1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.3.
