About the Area: - The home is located in Towamensing Trails, an Amenity-Filled Community, including Pool, Beach, Lake Access, Basketball and more (8 beach wristbands included) - Fishing allowed with PA Fishing License (catch and release rule in effect). - 15 minutes from skiing (at Big Boulder) - 20 minutes from waterpark (at Split Rock) - 15 minutes from hiking (Hickory Run State Park, Hawk Falls) - Also nearby - paintball, restaurants, nightlife Important Notes: - Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. - No Fireworks, Open Fires, Smoking Indoors, or Pets. - Parties that go into the night are not well received in this community and fines are regularly issued for noise complaints. Guest is responsible for any fines incurred during their stay. - Neighborhood quiet hours begin at 11PM. - There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community. - All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the dumpster. - 8 amenity wristbands are provided and more cannot be purchased. 8 is the max allowed by the community. Children under 5 do not need a wristband. Wristband must be worn on wrist at all times when using community amenities. - The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community.
