Sugar Ridge Retreat Centre facilities consist of the main retreat centre, cabins, and property in Ontario. Rates include accommodations and your choice of 1 – 3 meals per day which are served in the retreat centre. Meals are vegetarian or vegan and we can accommodate sensitivities and allergies. We use organic ingredients and locally grown produce when possible. Tea and light snacks are available 24 hours per day. The main centre is always open.
