Cancellation Policy Guests of Sunset Lodging Cancellation/ Change Policy Reservations cancelled or changed more than 60 days in advance are subject to a $150.00 cancellation or $50.00change fee. For full deposit refund minus this cancellation fee, cancellations and/ or changes must be made 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled after the BALANCE DUE DATE or inside of 60 days and up to 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit full deposit amount. RESERVATIONS CANCELLED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OF ANY FUNDS COLL
