This expansive ground floor condominium features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it an ideal location for your mountain getaway, and has been updated for enhanced comfort. The living room boasts an open layout with newly installed hardwood flooring, a wood burning fireplace and a 50 inch flat screen HDTV, all of which can be appreciated from the generously sized, comfortable sofa. Sliding glass doors open to a private patio equipped with a BBQ grill and offering stunning views of the Winter Park Resort. The dining area, conveniently located next to the main living space, includes a dining table that comfortably seats six. Please note that there is no air conditioning. The exquisite kitchen features newly installed tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, attractive countertops and a breakfast bar that accommodates three individuals. The master bedroom is spacious and features a queen-sized bed, a private patio and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also well-appointed, offering a queen-sized bed, a private patio and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is ideal for children, equipped with two bunk beds - one being a captain's bunk and the other a twin bunk bed - along with a private patio and access to the hallway bathroom. This condominium encompasses a total area of 1,234 square feet. It includes two private patios and decks and is situated merely minutes away from downtown Winter Park, approximately three miles from the Winter Park Resort. Additionally, a complimentary town shuttle bus service stops directly in front of the complex, providing convenient access to both the ski area and downtown.
