Security cameras, for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors. Two parking spaces are included with the unit. 1 is located inside the private garage (6'8 H, 8'6 W, 17' L), and the 2nd space is an assigned parking space located behind the townhomes. Guests will receive an email with detailed instructions regarding access to the vacation rental and any other important information needed. There are only 2 parking spots for the property. If you have more than two vehicles, you are subject to towing. There are long-term residents that live in several of the townhomes. Towns Property Management has staff available 24 hours a day.
