Swiss Mountain 47 has ZERO steps in, is MULTI-LEVEL with AIR CONDITIONING, offers INTERNET ACCESS, and is NOT PET-FRIENDLY. This unit has a STANDARD RATING and SLEEPS EIGHT. The entry-level offers a LIVING ROOM with a FLAT SCREEN TV. The fireplace is NOT AVAILABLE for guest use. A fully functional KITCHEN has a breakfast bar with three stools and a DINING ROOM seating ten. A POWDER ROOM is also available on this floor. Upstairs, you'll find the MASTER bedroom offering a QUEEN bed, a FLAT-SCREEN TV, and a FULL BATH. The second bedroom has TWO SINGLE beds, the third bedroom has a DOUBLE bed, and they share the second FULL BATH. The basement level offers a PING PONG/POOL TABLE, TV, DOUBLE FUTON, and the third FULL BATH. This unit is a short, COMPLIMENTARY shuttle ride to the slopes, main Resort, and Highlands Golf Course. You can relax on the DECK with community views. This unit does NOT have a GAS GRILL. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the Community. All homes include a washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), an Iron/Ironing board, expanded cable in the living room, a dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen.
