Stoneridge B14AB has ZERO steps in and is ONE LEVEL, making it a GREAT CHOICE for guests who have a problem with steps. It offers INTERNET ACCESS, has a STANDARD RATING and SLEEPS SIX. The LIVING ROOM has a FLAT SCREEN TV/DVD (no fireplace available). There's a fully functional KITCHEN and the DINING ROOM seats six. The first bedroom offers a QUEEN bed and a FULL BATH. The second bedroom has a KING bed and a TV, while the third has a QUEEN bed. These rooms share the second FULL BATH. The unit is SKI IN/SKI OUT WEATHER PERMITTING and the DECK has a great view of the Seven Springs mountain. NO access to the COMMUNITY POOLS. Guests are welcome to use the RESORT'S indoor and/ outdoor pool.   The Villages is comprised of 5 different communities including Woodridge/Meadowridge/Sunridge/Stonegate/Stoneridge.  They are all located in close proximity to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The homes range in size from a cozy 1-bedroom to expansive 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to offer. All condo rental homes offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes: utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue. In the summer months, there are tennis/basketball courts, and two community outdoor pools available on a per unit basis.  (NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental guests.) However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out (WEATHER PERMITTING). All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.  Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location.
