Stoneridge B45A has 28 steps in, is MULTI LEVEL, has INTERNET ACCESS and is a PET FRIENDLY unit. This home has a STANDARD RATING and SLEEPS FOUR. The entry level has a LIVING ROOM with a flat screen TV. There's a fully functional KITCHEN and the DINING ROOM seats six. The entry level bedroom has a QUEEN bed and a FULL BATH. Upstairs you'll find a LOFT BEDROOM offering a DOUBLE bed and a second FULL BATH.    Stoneridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. This unit is within WALKING DISTANCE TO SLOPES WEATHER PERMITTING, and you can relax on the DECK with a great view of the mountains. It does not offer GAS GRILL usage.  Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site within the communities. All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and toilet tissue. During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis, basketball courts and the two community pools. In addition, all condo guests are welcome to utilize the RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).  (NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental guests.) However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out (WEATHER PERMITTING).
