The saving grace of this place was the management group that responded quickly when we had problems. When we checked in, the condo was disgusting. Sand and dirt everywhere, dead bugs, used bandaids on the floor, disgusting couch. They quickly sent another person to clean but I asked them to vacuum to ensure the dirt was picked up and not just moved...

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
