For purposed of renting during these dates, "immediate family" is defined as parents, grandparents and children ONLY! Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family and are not permitted. No spring break groups or extended family will be permitted, regardless of age. No two families may occupy the same condo. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time. All guests are required to submit a guest list identifying each person and relation.
