Wonderful Views . Saw numerous bears. Very nice cabin and very responsive staff
Good overall
Everything went as expected. If we had to be nit picky it would have been to cut down some of the overgrowth by the fire pit, maybe get a gas grill and have firewood on hand for the fire-pit. The house was perfect size for 13 of us. Didn't feel cramped and everyone enjoyed the games in the game-room. Absolutely stunning views!!!

Our overall stay at Royal Vista cabin was wonderful! The location was perfect! Away from Gatlinburg traffic, w/in 15 min. of Food City, and a back way to get to Dollywood. We loved our visit to Dollywood & made use of the free pass offered by Bear Tracts. The cabin itself was clean upon arrival. The bathroom fixtures were clean & nice quality towel...
