( catch and release rule in effect ) - 15 minutes from skiing (at Big Boulder) - 20 minutes from waterpark (at Split Rock) - 15 minutes from hiking (Hickory Run State Park, Hawk Falls) - Also nearby - paintball, restaurants, nightlife Important Notes: - This home is a well appointed new home with custom finishes, high-end linens and furnishings, large covered deck, oversized driveway for 8+ cars, and a well-stocked kitchen - Rather than collecting a security deposit, we will ask for card details after booking similar to a hotel stay. We are partnered with a secure third-party platform to ensure the utmost privacy and protection of your information and will only charge up to $500 if we discover renter caused damage or incur fines from your stay. - Neighborhood quiet hours begin at 11PM. - 8 amenity wristbands are provided and more cannot be purchased. 8 is the max allowed by the community. Children under 5 do not need a wristband. Wristband must be worn on wrist at all times when using community amenities. - All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the dumpster. - There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community. - The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community.
