We have installed all new beds, living room furniture, granite countertops and custom cabinetry!!!! There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
