This condo was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. It was just as expected with 2 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom and separate beds for all that were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and even small toiletries like a hotel. I will say that the sound insulation between the floors is not great and we could hear the people ...

Super easy and clear instructions to check in and out. Walking distance to everything we needed. Only one flight of stairs to climb for the unit. Parking was very easy and spacious.
Our Stay at Park Place 203E was perfect for our Breckenridge ski get away. No need for a car once you settle into the comfortable condo. The staff at Summit Rentals was responsive and easy to work with. We look forward to a return trip!

Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms. A refundable credit card charge equal to 50% of total charges is required at the time of booking. The balance is due by check 30 days prior to arrival (see deposit schedule above). If the booking is within 30 days of arrival, then the entire balance is due at time of booking.
