Welcome to The Mooring, a Jersey Shore bed & breakfast in beautiful Cape May, NJ. Comfort and elegance await you at our 1882 guest house, featuring a blend of period and contemporary furnishings. Our convenient location is just a short block from the beach and within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and theater. The Physick Estate, Cape May Lighthouse, wineries, breweries, and other area attractions are also easily accessible. We offer 8 guest rooms and 2 suites, all with private bath, A/C, WiFi & TV; some with ocean view, and two with private porch. Our premium rooms and suites each have an assigned, on-site parking space; free street parking is available for the two standard rooms. Rates include a full breakfast, with your choice of a sweet or savory entree each day, cooked to order and served at individual tables for two in the dining room. We are open from mid-May through mid-October, and midweek rates are discounted from opening through late June and again after Labor Day.

Leslie relocated to Cape May after 10 years in southern CA where, despite holding a B.A. in Music, she was program manager in a small defense electronics firm.
